From the villa you can walk onto the lovely terrace with lounge set, Weber barbecue and private pool and enjoy the view over the green surroundings. An afternoon at the beach or a bite in a restaurant and then back to the privacy of your villa.Are you with a larger party, such as two families? Villa Alegria is located next to the beautiful vacation home Casa Oliva. This way you each have your own vacation home, but are only a few steps away from each other.LAYOUT VILLA ALEGRIAYou enter the villa in the modern living room with dining area. There is a comfortable seating area and satellite TV with TV Vlaanderen. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. A lot of light enters the villa, which gives a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. From the living room you enter the conservatory, which can be closed by a glass door. In de periode van november t/m maart is de huursom € 1495,- per 4 weken. Valt de huurperiode in de (Nederlandse) kerstvakantie, dan geldt een toeslag van € 150,- per week. Winterverhuur is maximaal 8 weken mogelijk, waarbij een tussentijdse schoonmaak en verwisselen van bedlinnen en handdoeken verplicht is. De wintertarieven zijn exclusief tussentijdse schoonmaak, eindschoonmaak, bedlinnen en handdoeken, kosten voor de verwarming, reserveringskosten, calamiteitenfonds en SGR garantie. Winter rentals are valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa uses heating by means of a gas stove and air conditioning (hot/cold). When using the stove you pay € 30 per gas bottle. How long the gas bottles last depends on your consumption. Costs to be paid on the spot. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1495, - per 4 weeks. If the rental period falls in the (Dutch) Christmas vacations, a surcharge of € 150, - per week applies. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, where an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is mandatory. Winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
